The Leadership Training Institute (LTI) has been successfully administering courses offered by the New York State Department of Health AIDS Institute for more than two decades. More than 3,500 New York State residents have received training through the Institute. 

Requirements to apply for training:  

• Have shared lived experience with HIV, Hepatitis C (either living with or cured), or harm reduction, or be taking PrEP.  
• Be both self-managing a chronic condition and linked to and engaged in appropriate and consistent care.
