LTI Alumni are individuals who have completed an LTI program. To become an LTI Alumni, individuals must have completed a 3-day Young Adult or Adult Self-Management Course and a 1-day workshop, or the Foundational Training Series. LTI programs are available year round and are open to New York State residents who are living with HIV, Hep C, or practicing Harm Reduction.
Upon graduation, all Alumni receive a username and password to access the Alumni website. The website, which includes the latest news, resources and training materials, also offers graduates a place to ask questions and share success with other members of the Alumni community. All Alumni also receive program newsletters, invitations to regional events and upcoming trainings and access to the LTI Alumni Action Board which highlights volunteer, job and outreach opportunities across the state.
To apply to an LTI program, go to the training calendar page here and select “Apply” for the training you would like to attend. If you are unable to complete an online application, call LTI and we will assist you in submitting a completed application.
